Pamper yourself at Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium with a curated selection of wagyu beef dishes such as Braised Australian Tajima Wagyu Beef Chuck Roll with Red Wine Sauce and Wagyu Beef Balls with Ponzu, Onion or Teriyaki Sauce. If you prefer a localized flavour, check out the Australian Tajima Wagyu Shin Shank Beef Rendang. Last but not least, the meal is not complete without a taste of the show stealer, 16-Hour Slow-cooked Australian Tajima Wagyu Beef MS7/8 Bolar Blade with Assorted Rock Salt, Mustard and Beef Jus, that’s so good, you’ll find yourself going back for multiple servings!
If you prefer the ocean, get your fill of fresh seafood from our eat-all-you-can buffet that includes freshly shucked Australian Oysters, Baby Marron Lobsters, Australian Black Mussels and Boston Lobster (available on weekends only). Other seafood delights including Poached Australian Mussels in White Wine Sauce, Ocean Catch Risotto with Truffle and Grilled Australian Barramundi with Tarragon Cream, Lemon Butter or White Wine Sauce.
Chef Chua Yew Hock’s signature local Singaporean fare that features the all-time favourite Laksa, Kueh Pie Tee and Chilli Crab will also be available at this buffet.
