Christmas Turkeys

Kam Heong (金香), which translates to “golden fragrance” is a cooking method where its spice blend embodies ingredients that are typically used in  various Eastern cultures like dried shrimp, lemongrass, curry leaves, shallots, oyster sauce, and more.

This year, our Chefs took a step further and incorporated this cooking method onto a typical Western delight, curating Kam Heong Roast Turkey! What a beautiful celebration of our multicultural society in a single dish.

Expect a marinated turkey that's so well-brined that it retains all it's yummy juices, smothered in Kam Heong seasoning all over and also slow-roasted to retain optimum moisture, giving each bite an aromatic burst of flavour. Eat it on its own or dunk it in more Kam Heong Sauce and have it with Golden Egg Fried Rice and Pickled Veggies that’s packaged along with the Kam Heong Roast Turkey!

For the festive traditionalists, opt for our best-selling Traditional Roast Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing served with Cranberry Sauce, Giblet Gravy, Roasted Potatoes & Seasonal Vegetables. Reminisce the year gone by with your loved ones over a decadent feast in the comfort of your home.

Jolly Log Cakes

What's Christmas without log cakes? This year we're bringing you the ever so Classic Choco Log Cake that's sure to be a hit for the mass.

Additionally, the Dulcey Yuzu Log Cake that was last sold in 2020 - is back by popular demand! Fans of citrus fruits will love this combination of dulcey cremeux and tangy yuzu mousse. Enhanced with orange marmalade and almond sponge, the cake will introduce a whirlwind of flavours, from sweet to sour, with every bite. Perfect to end a huge meaty feast with!

Eat All You Can

From 21 Nov 2022, diners will be treated to a Halal-certified yuletide feast at Atrium Restaurant. Expect Lobster Bisque, Beef Estofado, Beef Shepherd’s Pie, Churros and live stations featuring our local delights. Perennial favourites such as Fresh Oysters, Salmon Sashimi, Baby Rock Lobster, Beef Wellington, Christmas Pudding/Cookies, Log Cakes, along with our new creation, Kam Heong Roast Turkey, will also be available on selected dates!

As per tradition at Holiday Inn, kids 5 years old and below dine for free with every paying adult!
