Sauce, the very condiment that's enriched with dried scallops and dried shrimps is widely known today was originated from Hong Kong back in 1986 and ever since commonly used in Cantonese cuisine. Fragrant, savoury, slightly sweet & spicy; It's a given to expect this in every bite since the lobster and vermicelli is braised and soaked with our homemade X.O. Sauce.
