This year, Xin Cuisine Chinese Restaurant partners NestBloom to celebrate Mother’s Day. Available from 27 April to 8 May 2022, the exquisite 6-course menu will feature a dessert from NestBloom, a revolutionary brand specializing in the creation of epicurean edible-beauty products featuring Bird’s Nest as its main ingredient.
Curated with beautification in mind, the set menu comprises hot favourites such as Foie Gras Chicken accompanied with Deep-fried Prawns coated with Yuzu Sauce, Baked Sea Perch with Japanese Miso Sauce and Inaniwa Udon Noodle with Live Prawn in Superior Pumpkin Soup. NestBloom completes the meal with their signature Rose Almond Bloom that’s infused with rose to give a touch of delicate flavor. This anti-oxidant rich bloom is perfect to wind down with at the end of the day when you need some pampering. Watch each bloom transform into an epicurean dessert simply by adding hot water.
