From 15 May to 31 July 2018, Atrium Restaurant’s signature Seafood Extravaganza Buffet returns for a third year promising sea-foodies a sumptuous spread of treasures from the sea. you’ll be spoilt for choice with the freshest French Oysters, Baby Marron Lobster, a sliced-to-order Sashimi station and a myriad of cooked seafood dishes as well as a BBQ Station! Join us on the weekend and you will also be treated to freshly cracked Snow Crab Legs.
Look out for local seafood dishes such as Sambal Zebra Clams, Chilli Crab and Sautéed Sea Prawn with Salted Egg and dig into hearty Seafood Paella, Seafood Thermidor and Prawn Risotto. For meat lovers, don’t forget to hit the carving station for cuts of Roasted Lamb Leg and Slow-cooked Beef Ribeye on rotation. An outdoor BBQ station at Atrium Terrace has also been set up to treat diners to perfectly grilled Bamboo Lobsters and juicy Lamb Chops.
End your dinner off with sweet delights such as a selection of French pastries, Nyonya Kueh and Chocolate Fondue.
Atrium Restaurant will be Halal-certified for the month of Ramadan (15 May until 17 June 2018) and rooms will be available daily from 6pm for Maghrib prayers.
Buffet includes dates, as well as free-flow Iced Bandung and Iced Lime Green Tea.
