Dinner is not complete without a trip to the live cooking stations for dishes such as Durian Prawns (available for weekend dinner), Durian Pancakes and Durian Waffles. For those with a sweet tooth, discover a wide variety of sweet temptations including Durian Pengat, Durian Puffs, Durian Cake, Bubur Hitam with Durian and Green Bean Soup with Durian.
Treat yourself to new creations and local delights such as Durian Fried Rice, Sauteed Sea Prawns with Salted Egg, Laksa Yong Tau Fu, Roast Duck and Chili Crab. Over at the BBQ station, sink your teeth into succulent hawker-style Honey Glazed Chicken Wings as well as Grilled Char Siew Lamb Chops. While you are here, don’t forget to check out the carving station for the Chef’s Carving of the Day. Be surprised with either Roasted Lamb Leg, Baked Salmon with Dill Cream Sauce or Slow-cooked Beef Ribeye.
