Ho ho ho! From 22 Nov 2021, diners will be treated to a yuletide feast at Atrium Restaurant. Apart from perennial favourites such as Oysters and Salmon Sashimi, expect special additions such as Beef Stifatho (Greek Beef & Onion Stew), Lamb Kofta, Bread & Butter Pudding and Chocolate Banana Log Cake. Our new creation, Cereal Roast Turkey with Salted Egg Sauce, will also be available on selected dates at Atrium Restaurant!
· Beef Stifatho – Simmered over a low heat for a longer period of time, savour tender chunks of beef & sweet onion in this Greek-style stew!
· Lamb Kofta – Fresh lamb meat minced and mixed with onion, garlic and spices. This Middle Eastern dish will get you hooked!
· Bread & Butter Pudding – Layers of sliced buttered bread covered with sweet egg custard seasoned with nutmeg & vanilla. The perfect dessert to end off a warm celebration.
· Crispy Cereal Roast Turkey with Salted Egg Sauce (New this year!) – Slow-roasted to a juicy perfection, the turkey is then covered with crispy cereal crisp for a pleasant crunch. Carved fresh to order!
· Chocolate Banana Log Cake – Baked using Executive Chef Chua Yew Hock’s secret recipe, this log cake has always been a favourite with our guests every Christmas. Have a slice of this classic piece!
