Join our intimate, hands-on DIY mixology class and master the art of crafting perfect classic cocktails (and delicious mocktails) in a fun, relaxed setting. Under the expert guidance of our in-house mixologist, you'll:
- Discover the core fundamentals of classic cocktail or mocktail structures
- Experiment with creative twists and personal variations
- Confidence to recreate drinks at home
- Exposure to creative thinking in cocktail development
Session Details
Class sessions: Every 2nd Saturday of every month (3pm)
Minimum Participants: 2 pax per session
Maximum Participants: 8 pax per session
Pricing: SGD 30++ per pax
Duration: Approximately 30 minutes per session
What the Session Includes
- Guided DIY mixology session led by an in-house mixologist
- Preparation of classic cocktails and/or mocktails (selection based on guest preference and availability)
- Introduction to:
- Cocktail fundamentals (base spirits / non-alcoholic alternatives)
- Balance of flavours (sweet, sour, bitter, strong)
- Basic bar tools and techniques - Hands-on experience in mixing, shaking, stirring, and garnishing
- Interactive discussion on:
- Cocktail history and concepts
- Creative twists and personalised flavour ideas
- Presentation and garnish techniques
Booking requirements
- Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your preferred date.
- Cancellations/modifications are accepted until 1 hour before the scheduled time.
