Curated by Chef Kwan Yiu Kan, Executive Chinese Chef of Xin Cuisine, this tactical launch celebrates the refined and lesser-seen flavours of Shunde. Popular for its delicate techniques and deep respect for ingredients or otherwise known as the “Michelin of traditional Cantonese cooking”, Shunde cuisine brings you an elevated taste of home-cooked flavours.

A nod to the famous “Daliang” style of cooking, the Stir-Fried River Prawns with a Delicate Egg White and Milk Beurre Blanc大良河虾炒鲜奶showcases fresh, high-quality ingredients prepared with precision knife skills and elegance. This dish highlights plump river prawns enveloped in silky egg white and milk, a masterful balance of lightness and depth.
A delightful treat of aromatic duck slowly braised to tenderness, the Braised Duck and Taro in Plum Sauce Jus香芋梅子酱焖鸭 is paired with earthy taro and a house made plum sauce. Inspired by the comforting flavours of family banquets, this dish pays homage to the age-old pairing of duck and taro, a beloved combination that signifies abundance and unity in Cantonese households.
