Reflecting his love for comforting local flavours, the buffet features a curated selection of Suhaimi's favourite dishes, including Wagyu Beef Cheek Rendang, Singapore Chilli Lobster with Mantou, Boneless Chicken Rice, Chicken & Mutton Satay, Selection of Sushi & Sashimi and Chinese Fish Curry. Each dish reflects familiar flavours that resonate with Suhaimi while showcasing Atrium Restaurant's diverse halal culinary offerings.
 

Seafood lovers can indulge in an on-ice selection of Japanese Snow Crab Legs, Fresh Oysters, Poached Tiger Prawns, Baby Abalone, Japanese Sweet Clams, Half Shell Scallops, and Bamboo Lobster on weekends. Guests can also savour specialties such as Seafood Thermidor, Spanish Garlic Shrimps, Grilled Australian Octopus with Garlic Butter Sauce, and Seafood Cioppino.

Premium Wagyu Highlights feature Slow-Roasted Wagyu D-Rump, Pan-Seared Wagyu Steak with Truffle Sauce, and Smoked Garlic Butter Wagyu Steak Bites ranging from hearty Asian comfort dishes to contemporary Western favourites and more.
