ATRIUM RESTAURANT: HOTEL HALAL BUFFET

🎄FESTIVE CHRISTMAS BUFFET FROM 18 NOVEMBER - 1 JANUARY 2025 🎄

From 18 November 2024 to 1 January 2025, Atrium Restaurant will offer a halal-certified Christmas buffet with live stations, featuring a rotating menu that includes Tuscan lamb stew, creamy parmesan and shrimp risotto, grilled cranberry turkey sausage, and more. Perennial favourites like baby rock lobster, freshly shucked oysters, beef shepherd’s pie, chili crab with mantou, and roasted turkey will be available on selected dates. The carving station will serve beef Wellington with truffle sauce and turkey/chicken honey ham on rotation.

For dessert, enjoy Christmas puddings, bingsu shaved ice, mini minced fruit pies, and special yule log cakes. On 24 and 31 December, special dinner treats include grilled bamboo lobster with Asian Bouillabaisse sauce, snow crab legs, saffron seafood paella, and Christmas plum pudding.
