Luxurious Dining at Xin Cuisine Chinese Restaurant

Meticulously crafted to tantalize the taste buds of our beloved parents, Xin Cuisine’s set menu for Mother and Father’s Day is a blend of time-honoured recipes and innovative culinary dishes that celebrates the rich tapestry of Chinese cuisine. Choose from two specially curated set menus, with the option of a 6-course menu for intimate dining (minimum 2 pax to dine) comprising Double-boiled Soup with Matsutake Mushroom, Sea Whelk and Bamboo Pith, Baked Sea Perch with Garlic Sauce, Braised Inaniwa Udon Noodle with Lobster in X.O. Sauce, Longevity Bun and more, or a sumptuous 9-course menu for groups of 10 people. Savour the aromatic Roast Duck Smoked with Tea Leaves and Black Truffle, Braised Dried Seafood and Lobster Soup, Steamed Red Garoupa with Black and White Fungus in Superior Soya Sauce, Sliced Abalone wrapped with Prawn Paste in Pumpkin Sauce, Longevity Bun and more.
