This year, we’re bringing back cherished flavours that celebrate Singapore’s rich culinary heritage alongside a selection of international favourites. Indulge in dishes such as wagyu beef cheeks rendang that’s slow-cooked to perfection, chempedak masak lemak (jackfruit simmered in coconut milk gravy and spices), ayam masak merah (tender chicken in a rich tomato and chili sauce), sambal goreng (spicy stir-fried dish) and udang lemak nenas (Peranakan-style prawns in pineapple coconut gravy). For those who love comfort food with a twist, our buffet also features a brand new loaded nachos station – perfect for chip lovers!
At the chef’s carving station, savour the grandeur of a 13-spice roasted whole baby lamb and a giant lamb kebab that’s juicy and packed with flavour. The seafood on ice station boasts a lavish selection of Boston lobster, fresh oysters, baby abalone, and blue mussels—perfect for seafood lovers.
