- Digital check-in: We've moved away from paper registration cards.
- On-request amenities: Amenities are available upon request to avoid unnecessary waste.
- Bulk bathroom amenities: Say goodbye to mini bottles. Hello to refillable dispensers.
- Digital directories: Our in-room hotel guide is now on your screen, not paper.
- Greener Stay Rewards: IHG One Rewards members can opt out of housekeeping for 2+ nights and earn bonus points.
- Eco-friendly packaging: From biodegradable takeaway containers to paper straws, our F&B outlets are doing their part.
- Food waste tracking: Our “Win Now” system tracks under-consumed dishes in our restaurant, helping us reduce future waste.
Water-Wise Innovations
- Aerated showerheads: Efficient flow at under 9.5 litres per minute to help conserve water while still providing a refreshing experience.
- Low-flow taps: All faucets meet eco standards (under 6 litres/minute).
- Filtered water systems: We’re phasing out plastic bottled water in guest rooms (target completion: July 2025).
- Water stations: Refillable dispensers available in our function spaces.
Smarter Energy Use
- Energy-efficient LED lightings are installed in guest rooms and public areas of the hotel.
- Motion sensors in selected areas such as the laundromat and back-of-house.
- High-efficiency chillers support better energy performance.
Greener Meetings & Events
- Eco-meeting practices: Unless requested, pens and paper are centrally placed on the tables, not set individually.
- Sustainable supplies: Pencils or eco-material pens used in meeting rooms.
- Water stations instead of plastic bottles.
